New Malaysian Terms After 8th March Political Tsunami

The March 8th political tsunami had made a big impact for Malaysians until new words were coined up. I got this from email circulars which I think is really funny. I have added few more terms below to add up to the list. Altantuya: Refers to our new .... also refers to 'that' Mongolian lady BABI: Formerly used to refer to the swine family. Now used in Umno circles as an acronym of Brother Anwar Bin Ibrahim. Balkis: A Travel and Shopping Club for wives of Umno politicians. membership...

Perak Chaos: My Message to My King II

After delivering my short message via DYMM Tuanku official guestbook, I dropped an email to DYMM Tuanku's special PR officer with a semi-lengthy message in hope that my message and many other Perakians will be heard. Here is what I've said; "Ampun Tuanku beribu-ribu ampun, sembah patik mohon di ampun. Patik mohon mengadap sembah Tuanku dan memohon Tuanku memperkenankan untuk bubarkan Dewan Undangan Negeri Perak untuk membolehkan rakyat Tuanku mengundi dan memilih kerajaan, demi untuk...

Putrajaya Road to Perdition

Note: This post is pro-Pakatan Rakyat post. If you are a 'Fuckatan BN', go butt-off. "Shell-shocked. Jaw dropped. Eyes popped." I came back late from work, switched on my PC and 'activate' my daily digest - Youtube, and straight away, a Malaysiakini clip that I subscribed locked my attention. As I sunk deep in the press statement made by Sivarasa Rasiah, PKR 2nd in-command, I was tad confused. I thought it was someone who had been sodomised 10 years ago is filing a case against Anwar...

After 50 Years?

..what have become of us? The police force from the small players up to the big players are all infested with corruption. Chief of police are good tongue twisters next to your soap artiste, our supposedly 'cream of the crop' agency, the ACA is no different. The judiciary system fails with VK Lingam's secret video leak. Our second most senior minister was indirectly involved in Altantunya case. WTF? And the latest, a 12 year old girl murdered and stuffed in a gym bag!! I wonder how Malaysian...

Ijok – No Joke (Pt.2)

BN secured victory in Ijok and kicked PKR once more thus denying the come back of the former DPM, Anwar Ibrahim. As usual the by-election was 'decorated' (marred?) with violence, heavy presence of police and alleged phantom voters. Surprisingly, the majority was even larger (1,850) than the previous election results (1,649) BUT Ijok witnessed a swing of Chinese votes to PKR. Chinese voters are known to have use votes 'wisely' either to return favour OR punish the current runners. History...

Ijok – No Joke (Pt.1)

Ijok ain't no joke. I showed more interest in Ijok compared to Batu Talam and Machap despite the latter was contested by Chinese. It wasn't about that Chinese/DAP contested seats aren't 'hot' to be noticed, but due to the fact that Machap was chink-on-chink thing and Batu Talam was a no-name contestant versus an UMNO old-timer; I don't see anything interesting in those two as BN are not picking someone their own size. Similarly, both opposition candidates for Batu Talam and Machap are...

Another Toll Protest

Warning(s): Heavy motion picture post. Heavy police presence post. Moderate image post. Moderate violence post. Event: 4th Anti-Toll Hike Protest Date: Sunday 4 February 2007 Time: 1600hrs Venue: IOI Mall, Puchong Organiser: PROTES The one thing I love about the internet is the freedom to read any shiznit that you like without being monitored by 3rd party eavesdroppers, rhetoric crap talkers & so called 'goodie good' citizen enforcers. Visit Malaysia eYerrr!!!!

Ok, saw this column in The Star today that says; NEW YORK: Malaysia has been voted the world's best tourism destination for 2006 by a prestigious US travel magazine, ahead of such destinations as Hawaii and Bali. This is the finding of a poll conducted by Global Traveller Magazine, a monthly travel magazine that has 60,055 subscribers. The questionnaires, which covered 42 categories, were made available as an insert in the subscriber copies of the magazine and online on its website....

Persecuted Rights

Average Malaysians has been persecuted again. It has only been the first month and we have been 'served' with heart wrenching and nerve wracking news of Malaysian bloggers being brought to court and also police brutalising peaceful demonstrators in Bandar Mahkota Cheras I happen to Youtube around for some fresh videos, and managed to stumble across some clips as short as 2mins and as lengthy as 5mins. The main antagonist has always been our ‘beloved’ FRU (F***ers-R-Us) (as always); a...
