And that is what this post is all about. I was out today to Sutton Harbour armed with my wide-angle lens, a Tokina 17mm ONLY. Feeling lazy to get my bulky Tamrac 5X out, I filtered down the needs to shoot to only a single lens, while abandoning everything else at home.

I felt jubilant as Perak was taken over by opposition. Makal sakthi! Here’s a snippet from The Star about the new formation of Perak government;

IPOH: The state DAP, PAS and PKR leaders will seek an audience with the Sultan of Perak Sultan Azlan Shah on Monday to propose the names of two possible candidates to be the next Mentri Besar.The meeting, set to take place at 4pm at Istana Kinta here, is expected to be attended by Perak DAP chief Ngeh Koo Ham, party secretary Nga Kor Ming, Perak PAS commissioner Ahmad Awang, party state election director Asmuni Awi, Perak PKR chairman Zulkifly Ibrahim and party election commissioner Ismail Yusop. I stumbled across these clips while making rounds reading my daily digest of Malaysian politics. What touches me is the spirit of these people, though in Ipoh far away from the scene of HINDRAF activities down in Klang Valley..these people are ought to be congratulated for their effort in organising this rally to denounce the ISA imposed on the detained HINDRAF leaders. Whoa…a hiatus! I didn’t realise that I grow weeds here already. Just had my webhost shifted to a local one (yes, Malaysian lah) recently as my old webhost suddenly fucked up for no reason after performing so well for nearly 2 years.
