Prologue: I was invited to visit the new office of Hans Group, reputed to be one of the biggest commercial project run by Chinese in the South-West.

Hans Group was founded by Sonny S, Michael W & Johnny W (let me keep their surname anonymous). Their premise was located by the Sutton Harbour - very strategic location plus beatiful scenery of Plymouth's waterfront & historical Barbican. It is a three floor building with offices on the top floor, shops on all floor plus a chinese convenience store at ground. Rumoured that the buidling would contain two restaurants & a bar (unconfirmed).
