Yeehaaaaaa…………I’m back to gym. My kaki is ok already. And my membership card is finally ready to be collected. Yessssssssssssss.
After goin to gym for like 1 month and 2 weeks, I think I know the secret of staying motivated to hit the gym again and again.
No. 1 secret:
Choose a gym that is full of fat people, and it is best if they are fatter than you. Yes, this will boost up your confidence. I know it’s mean, but then that’s the way it is lah. Imagine you going to a gym full of lengluis with model-type body, and you are like a gigantic michelin stepping into the gym. How would you feel?? Out of place lor, correct or not?? When you feel like an outcast, then I can bet that you won’t want to hit the gym anymore.
No. 2 secret:
Another way is to go to gym with your friends lor. Things are better when you are doing it with your friends. You guys can motivate each other. Some more can sambil running sambil gossiping. Then after gym, can straight hit the shopping mall. Ain’t that heaven?? Hehehehe.
