Some quick update of my gym progress.
I have been to my gym 2 times already so far since I signed up last Monday. My second time was better than my first time. I did ask my trainer whether I am his worst trainee. He told me yes and no. No because he have trainees bigger than me, so their bodies conditions are not as good as me. Yes because for trainees having the same size as me, they can do much better than me. Bleargghhhhhhhh.
I’m going for my Bikram Yoga class later. What is Bikram Yoga?? It is a hot yoga (40 degree celcius) consists of 26 postures, aimed at improving the stamina, strength, and flexibility.

Update update: I just got back from my yoga. The yoga was damn hot. I could see my sweat dripping onto the yoga mat. I could feel my sweat running down my arms and legs and at the back of my neck. Heck, even my panties was wet soaked with my sweat (not cum ok. duh). My baju and pants………got so wet as if I had just washed it. I sure burnt hell a lot of calorie just now.
All in all, I think my stamina is kinda ok because I managed to survive that hot 90mins. Some of the trainees gave up not even half way and ran to the toilet to vomit. I think they must have eaten damn a lot and drank too little before the class, and plus with the heat, so they got dizzy and light-headed, feeling sick. My flexibility is very bad. Gosh……I can’t flex my body at all for some postures. It’s amazing to see some seniors are able to flex so well as if their bodies were made from rubber.
I am so T.I.R.E.D now. Wondering whether my LION will be online later or not. I so wanna sleep already.
