<p>Choose a gym that is full of fat people, and it is best if they are fatter than you. Yes, this will boost up your confidence. I know it&#8217;s mean, but then that&#8217;s the way it is lah. Imagine you going to a gym full of lengluis with model-type body, and you are like a gigantic michelin stepping into the gym. How would you feel?? Out of place lor, correct or not?? When you feel like an outcast, then I can bet that you won&#8217;t want to hit the gym anymore.</p>

<p>Another way is to go to gym with your friends lor. Things are better when you are doing it with your friends. You guys can motivate each other. Some more can sambil running sambil gossiping. Then after gym, can straight hit the shopping mall. Ain&#8217;t that heaven?? Hehehehe.</p>

<p>Since I can&#8217;t go to the gym now, let&#8217;s bitch a bit about this bitch that I met at the gym. Yah. Gyms are usually full with bitches who are there to model their own bodies even though their bodies are nothing to be proud of, rather than working out, except for moi ok. Anyway, I was at the gym last weekends, and I stumbled upon this bitch who was not cycling but she&#8217;s occupying the bicycle, sitting on it while bitching away on her handphone. All other bicycles were being used, and so I did the treadmill for 10 minutes before returning to the bicycles area again. Gosh, that bitch was still there talking on the phone, but was not cycling.</p>
<p>I didn&#8217;t care that much because I found an unoccupied bicycle and proceeded with my cycling. Then later, after finishing my workout, I changed and went into the sauna room. Was enjoying my sauna, when suddenly I heard this kiap-kiap-kiap-kiap sound coming not far from me. I took down my towel that was covering my face that time, and looked at that direction of that kiap-kiap sound, and I saw that bitch again. And this time she was nicely clipping her nails away, leaving all her unwanted nails on the floor of the sauna room. How inconsiderate!!</p>
<p>Ok. Proceeded to the shower time. I believe that she went to take her shower after the sauna. I went to take my beautiful shower too. I came out and I saw her again. This time she was totally 100% naked without a single strand of thread on her body. I have nothing against any naked beautiful maiden with cun body, but that bitch is just not a maiden and does not have any cun body. Boobs are so big that it&#8217;s being pull down heavily by our mother gravity. Plus her pussie is so bushy. Bah. Eye sore sial. Major sight pollution. Can go blind if stare more than 5 seconds. He just found a job at Bukit Bintang as an accountant. I just got to know that he&#8217;s actually a graduated accountant. I was actually stupid enough to think that he memang graduated to be a GYM TRAINER or something like that. Muahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.</p>
<p>Anyway, under his strict 1-month exercise regime, I managed to lose 2kgs. His principle is always this: You eat KFC, you do KFC punya exercise. You eat biscuits, you do biscuits punya exercise. Meaning hor, if I eat KFC hor, he will double my exercise lah. If I eat like wantan mee, then my exercise will not be that heavy lor. Kanasai. I always tipu that I eat roti one even though my roti actually means burger. Hahahahahaha.</p>
<p>Wishing him all the best in his new found job. I just hope that my new trainer is not an abuser who enjoys giving his trainees those hardcore exercise. Siao meh&#8230;&#8230;.I can die one leh. I&#8217;m sure gonna miss my trainer soon.</p>

<p>Firstly, I lost 1kg. Alrite, I know 1kg is nothing to be hoo-haa about. Still is something ok.</p>
<p>Secondly, my stamina has improved tremendously. My first week was shit. Couldn&#8217;t cycle or run for even 3 minutes straight at level 5. I had to stop every now and then to catch my breath. My speed was shit as well, going at around 60rpm only. Today, I can cycle for 10 minutes straight without stopping, maintaining at 120rpm. I can also run for 10 minutes without stopping, maintaining at 120rpm. Both at level 6. Woot!!</p>
<p>Thirdly, I am improving as well on the machines (eg: shoulder press machine, abdominal crunch machine, etc). Previously, I could only do 10 times (difficultly and already half dead), even with the lightest resistance (weight) being set on the machine. Well, the lightest is at 5 pounds, which is around 2kg. Now, I can do 30 times non stop with a heavier or greater resistance, ranging around 15 pounds (7kg). My trainer said is still not good enough. So, he&#8217;s increasing my workout on each machine to 60 times.</p>
<p>OK, on the reason why I lost only 1 miserable kg in this three weeks?? My trainer explained that for a person to lose weight, that person must have good stamina to sustain a cardio exercise without stopping for 30 minutes. It is useless if a person keep on stopping in between the cardio workout. So, at the beginning, weight lost will be very minimal, as I am now building up my stamina, rather that losing weight. When my stamina is ok already, and coupled with the right cardio exercise, then only I will lose more weight. Cardio exercise must be done with machine workouts as well. If not, when the weight starts shedding, I will get more and more flabs on my body. Therefore, the machine workouts are for toning and firming my body.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s all for now. I am tired leh. Wanna mandi and sleep liao. Gym gives me beautiful sleep as well. Hahaha.</p>

<p>I have been to my gym 2 times already so far since I signed up last Monday. My second time was better than my first time. I did ask my trainer whether I am his worst trainee. He told me yes and no. No because he have trainees bigger than me, so their bodies conditions are not as good as me. Yes because for trainees having the same size as me, they can do much better than me. Bleargghhhhhhhh.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going for my Bikram Yoga class later. What is Bikram Yoga?? It is a hot yoga (40 degree celcius) consists of 26 postures, aimed at improving the stamina, strength, and flexibility.</p>

<p><font color="blue"><strong><u><font color="red">Update update:</font></u></strong> I just got back from my yoga. The yoga was damn hot. I could see my sweat dripping onto the yoga mat. I could feel my sweat running down my arms and legs and at the back of my neck. Heck, even my panties was wet soaked with my sweat (not cum ok. duh). My baju and pants&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;got so wet as if I had just washed it. I sure burnt hell a lot of calorie just now.</font></p>
<p><font color="blue">All in all, I think my stamina is kinda ok because I managed to survive that hot 90mins. Some of the trainees gave up not even half way and ran to the toilet to vomit. I think they must have eaten damn a lot and drank too little before the class, and plus with the heat, so they got dizzy and light-headed, feeling sick. My flexibility is very bad. Gosh&#8230;&#8230;I can&#8217;t flex my body at all for some postures. It&#8217;s amazing to see some seniors are able to flex so well as if their bodies were made from rubber.</font></p>
<p><font color="blue">I am so T.I.R.E.D now. Wondering whether my LION will be online later or not. I so wanna sleep already.</font></p>

<p>I just joined the gym&#8230;&#8230;yes GYM&#8230;&#8230;and my workout is so damn intensive. T-O-R-T-U-R-O-U-S. After some detail analysis of my body, I actually have 35% of fat in my body, which I have to lose it to 22% to be at the optimal level.</p>
<p>With that 35% of gained-from-too-much-of-mamak fat, about 20% is on my upper half, and the rest is on my lower half. Yes&#8230;&#8230;most of the fat reside at my tummy and my thighs.</p>
<p>The only reason that those fat are not so obvious on me is because I have the HEIGHT to cover it. If I were to be shorter, and with that same amount of fat, I would have looked like a BONSAI flower. That&#8217;s how my trainer put it. Yup, he is funny.</p>
<p>Apart from the fat, my body does not have enough amount of water. The culprit is my fat. Fat works like a sponge. Fat absorb the water making my body deprive of water. Again I have to get rid of my fat in order to solve this water deprivation problem.</p>
<p>Then, I have not enough muscles. How to have muscles when my fat is like 35% of my body?? My muscle is only at a miserable 20%, which I have to increase it to at least 28%.</p>
<p>All in all, my body needs major renovation, and it&#8217;s gotta be costly&#8230;&#8230;damn costly. It&#8217;s RM600 per month. Beauty comes with a price. Doing it for myself so I can be healthier. Doing it for LION as well, so I can be sexier for him. I love my LION. But, I don&#8217;t know how much he loves his FISH though. Sigh.</p>
<p>Anyway, I will not give up on this gym. GO GO GO!!</p>
