I am a dead FISH!! SO DEAD!!
I just joined the gym……yes GYM……and my workout is so damn intensive. T-O-R-T-U-R-O-U-S. After some detail analysis of my body, I actually have 35% of fat in my body, which I have to lose it to 22% to be at the optimal level.
With that 35% of gained-from-too-much-of-mamak fat, about 20% is on my upper half, and the rest is on my lower half. Yes……most of the fat reside at my tummy and my thighs.
The only reason that those fat are not so obvious on me is because I have the HEIGHT to cover it. If I were to be shorter, and with that same amount of fat, I would have looked like a BONSAI flower. That’s how my trainer put it. Yup, he is funny.
Apart from the fat, my body does not have enough amount of water. The culprit is my fat. Fat works like a sponge. Fat absorb the water making my body deprive of water. Again I have to get rid of my fat in order to solve this water deprivation problem.
Then, I have not enough muscles. How to have muscles when my fat is like 35% of my body?? My muscle is only at a miserable 20%, which I have to increase it to at least 28%.
All in all, my body needs major renovation, and it’s gotta be costly……damn costly. It’s RM600 per month. Beauty comes with a price. Doing it for myself so I can be healthier. Doing it for LION as well, so I can be sexier for him. I love my LION. But, I don’t know how much he loves his FISH though. Sigh.
Anyway, I will not give up on this gym. GO GO GO!!
