Final GRAWing of the Year

Forget the camera for the moment cos we be fraggin like mad in Mission 9: Codename Farallon based in Caballo Butte Dam Texas and still cannot finish it! We died like nearly 30 times!! The good thing about dying is it keeps you playing and thus very economical to save up your cash. The downside is it drives us insane. I haven't mention anything about GRAW 2 and here goes; GRAW2 was excellent as the gameplay was very immersive added with excellent audio visuals all round. The scenario comes...

DSLR Beginning

My Canon EOS 40D finally arrived in the afternoon, 28th Dec 2007. This mark the start of my serious involvement in photography. It is one of my most remarkable leap in my interest in this field. Previously, have been a proud owner of Canon A95, my learning curve and knowledge was shaped from using it. I came armed with it each time I'm out and about making me one of the cameraman in our gang besides Seon & Keng Woo. Just nearly 4 years ago, I realise the need to record and archive my...

Christmas 2007

Merry X'mas to all. Its a quite X'mas for the gang down in Plymouth as there were only 3 of us this year. Sounds pathetic that's the true fact that our gang is slowly dwindling in numbers due to shifting of jobs & career seeking and among other personal commitments as well. But that doesn't mean we cannot have some fun right? We gathered at Dave's for a simple meal, a movie and some lite gaming. Its only 3 so there's not much you can do about it. I let some of my simple pics be...

Small Get Together

With Dave, CJ, Ivy & myself in a small secluded spot in Weatherspoons. No significance of the meetup, just merely catching up with each other. Everyone is busy and our gang has shrinked, and this is as best that we get of catching up with each other. As usual i stick to my regulars - Guinness and steak. Cheap stuff but kinda...

Gettin’ Christmasy

It's already December (thats quick!) & X'mas is just around the corner. Have you got your tree up...

New Graphics Card

We have just switched over to GRAW2 and due to demanding needs of the gaming nature, I have to abandon my Radeon x1500. Got a PNY NVIDIA Geforce 7300GT from PC World discounted around 15%, we make our way to our LAN party HQ. Dissected the PC immediately and fitted the new graphic cards in. Works so well on first run. Fine tune the settings to get things minimal so that the CPU won't struggle juicing out resources during the game. During the break having dinner, I did updates on the driver....
